Welcome to our website which aims to provide you with information on McCarthy & Stone’s proposals to redevelop land at Scania House & 19 Amwell Street, Hoddesdon, EN11 8TS with Retirement Living accommodation.
Having acquired an interest in the site, McCarthy & Stone is now in the process of formulating proposals for it’s redevelopment with high-quality Retirement Living accommodation, landscaped gardens and on-site car parking.
As part of our commitment to community engagement, McCarthy & Stone hosted a public exhibition to display its initial proposal to the local community on Wednesday 27th February 2019.
